The challenge was to control the movement of tokens in the organization and their secure storage. It is important that an employee can only access the token to which he or she has the right of access and authorization by RFID card.

Solution:

The Red Wings airline office in Moscow was equipped with an Ecos administration complex to control and store tokens.

Each token bundle is secured with a special numbered disposable seal, the seal number is recorded behind the plug number and token ID, thus increasing the level of protection of the bundle.

The system allows you to customize access rights to tokens and track the history of receipt/return of the item, so that airline managers can view who used the token and when. Setting up access rights and authorization by pin code and magnetic card provides the maximum level of token protection. Software and equipment functionality allow automating the entire process of token receipt and return in the system.
