For managers of the developer's company at regular showings of apartments, taking the key directly at the site minimizes the possibility of forgetting it or losing it on the road. When showing several properties, there is no need to carry a bunch of keys.

Real estate companies cooperating with developers can also take advantage of the services of using keys on site from electronic key boxes. This option allows not to store a huge number of different keys in offices, but to do it centrally at the site of showing the objects. The convenience of storing keys directly at the sites reduces the likelihood of key loss and any unforeseen situations due to the realtor taking the wrong key.

Due to this, realtors do not need to meet with the developer's representatives to hand over the keys. Everything is done remotely: the realtor only needs to know his pin code to open the key box. Storage of apartment keys in lockers

Despite the fact that key boxes are an effective tool for installation work, sales and occupancy of apartments, the analog can be automatic boxes for storing keys.
