Administration
The ability to control Ecos systems via the Internet, control panel or smartphone.
Software
Ecos Webman
Allows you to manage all types of administration and storage systems within a single interface.
It is possible to form groups of users, groups of administered objects. Administered objects can be "bound" to a specific slot/cell or managed dynamically without fixed allocation.
The MSSQL database is a standard database. The number of users is not limited. Integration with existing systems at your facilities is carried out via SOAP protocol.
In this way queries can be made at any time and relevant information can be obtained in real time - at the workplace via the Internet or LAN, directly on the system via the control panel or on the road via smartphone.
Autonomy of Ecos systems
Our systems are equipped with the latest ARM processors. The stability, security and full autonomy of our administration and storage systems are guaranteed.
Each system can be operated completely independently by means of an integrated control panel. In this case, no additional software is required. Thanks to its own database and internal SD card for backup, data integrity is always ensured, even in the event of a failure.
System Control Panel
Ecos control systems are equipped with industrial-grade tablets. Utilizing state-of-the-art mobile technology, Ecos systems provide customers with the best possible work experience, the fastest communication speeds, user-friendly design and new graphical user interface options.
User-friendly interaction between the user and the system is the single most important factor for adopting new technologies.
The high-resolution color display, with a 7-inch capacitive touch screen, provides high contrast and clarity, allowing you to use the system in all conditions.
Simple search and filter functions have been implemented, making it easy to work with systems with a large number of keys (XXL variant) or cells (Drawer or Depot).
User-friendly interface of combined systems
Two graphical user interfaces show the advantages of a well-structured menu. With a single touch you can switch between screens.
The high-resolution color display with capacitive touchscreen is covered with protective glass and allows you to use all known smartphone technologies such as multitouch, gesture recognition and zoom.
The graphical interface makes it easy to find and unlock a key or a cell by simply touching the corresponding symbol if the user has access. If access is denied, the cell will remain locked.
Program modules and system extensions
Complete solutions with software and hardware components tailored to customer requirements, such as vehicle administration, with reservation module, fleet administration, driver's license control or alcohol test, have been developed for specific industries.
-
Alarm module
The Ecos Alarm module informs you of irregularities in the operation and operation of your systems via electronic notifications, pop-up windows on the administrator's workstation and/or by sending messages via our Ecos Webman application via e-mail to the responsible person in real time.
-
Redundancy module
The reservation module in Ecos systems can, for example, provide keys to offices, meeting rooms or auditoriums as well as necessary items such as laptops or projectors at a time strictly designated by the user.
In addition, users will have the option of reserving a vehicle if they have a fleet.
-
Alcohol control
This module is designed to comply with legal regulations, such as differentiating access to vehicles based on driver's license category. The main database of the software will be supplemented with driver's license numbers and vehicle classes.
To increase driver safety, an alcohol tester can be connected to any Ecos system. The system will only unlock the keys after a negative alcohol test.
Integration capability
When selecting an Ecos key and item storage system, it is important to consider the access control and management system (ACS) already in place at the facility and the ability to integrate them.
Efficient data sharing with other programs increases your security, and above all frees up your employees. Security officers no longer need to monitor important data in different programs at the same time.
Depending on requirements or existing software architecture, we provide a wide range of methods, from importing basic employee data to fully automated management of our systems using external systems.
Importing data through intermediate files | Data can be imported via CSV files, for example, in the following format: |
SURNAME; FIRST NAME; PRIMARY KEY; CARD_ID; ACTIVATION DATE; END DATE;
LDAP - data exchange via directory services | LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) is an application layer protocol for accessing the X.500 directory service. |
LDAP is a relatively simple protocol that uses TCP/IP and allows for bind, search, and compare operations, as well as adding, modifying, or deleting entries.
SOAP - data exchange via web | SOAP is a protocol for exchanging structured XML messages in an arbitrary distributed computing environment. |
Safety.
Ecos systems utilize state-of-the-art technologies to protect and encrypt personal data.
The Server and systems connect through your Server, and the systems connect through your company's local area network (LAN or WLAN).
We utilize the most sophisticated and robust communication protocols from the mobile world, such as SOAP and REST.
The use of these protocols offers additional benefits by utilizing independent communication via GSM or LTE networks. Mobile communication combined with our software offers a simple and secure direct connection.
External communication between the server and systems is encrypted using a modern encryption protocol such as symmetric AES-256.
The internal communication in systems between the main processor and microprocessors on the CAN bus is encoded with an elliptical asymmetric ECC of 233 bits.
System security
We support all types of authentication methods such as PIN or RFID cards (Legic, Mifare, HID or Emarine). The latest biometric methods are available for advanced security standards.
The combination of fingerprint and vein readers in the Morpho biometric reader ensures that the highest security requirements are met. The reader is certified by the American, French and British intelligence agencies for use in their respective countries.
More than 20 different alarm notifications are available for the systems, which can be notified both visually on the control panel and in the form of pop-up notifications at the workplace. It is also possible to send automatic messages to the responsible person by e-mail.
Multi-user authentication
Multi-factor authentication refers to the function of identifying a single person. To identify a user, you can choose between PIN, RFID cards, and biometric methods such as fingerprint and vein scanners.
These methods can be combined freely and individually for different systems. For example, a simple key cabinet can be opened only with an RFID card, whereas for a locker system where laptops and weapons are stored in a neighboring room, entry to the system must be provided additionally by a second method, e.g. by entering a PIN code.
Ecos Alarm module
- 4 free relays (dry contacts) for external outputs of the alarm device
- Ability to automatically send e-mails to responsible persons
- Emergency release contact on the control panel door
- Emergency power supply (including battery) with power saving modes
Our administration and control systems can generate more than 20 different alarms. Some alarms are the same for all systems, some are system dependent, such as key systems or item systems.
